Plus, I was not given proof of inspection with my paperwork so I can't even get a temporary permit from the DMV. They made no effort to make this right - how am I supposed to drive to work with expired plates? They told ME to go to the DMV to get a new temporary plate (this is now 1pm on the day my plates expire when I had contacted them a week prior.), but I would think a responsible dealer would renew the plate for me since they're the ones who dropped the ball. After I called the manager (Chris) the next day, he didn't have any answers about where the plates or the title were but he'd call me first thing Monday, no call on Monday so I finally called at 12pm to be informed that it would be 2 more weeks until the plates got there (sounds to me like they forgot to order them). I was then told that the manager would call me with the update, no call that day. He 'spoke with the manager' and then never gave me an update on the status of the plates. Called the salesman Kirit a week before they expired and he was absolutely no help. Bought a car from here a couple months ago and can't even drive it now since I still haven't got new plates in.
